About the Role
DSP Consultants is growing internationally and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks Arabic to join the Dubai team and support global hiring efforts. This position covers a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. You will help keep communication running smoothly, provide day-to-day HR support, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.
In this role, you will play an important part in the company’s expansion by managing hiring activities, supporting employees, and helping shape HR processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functioning of the HR department, guiding team activities and ensuring HR operations run efficiently.
- Lead end-to-end hiring activities, including interview coordination, candidate assessment, and overall recruitment management to meet staffing requirements on time.
- Serve as the main HR contact for employees, answering policy-related questions, offering support, and helping resolve workplace concerns while encouraging employee well-being.
- Help draft, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and related documents in line with labor regulations and industry practices.
- Partner with managers and employees on performance reviews, learning initiatives, and career growth programs.
- Maintain and update employee files in both digital and paper formats, and prepare reports covering hiring, training, absences, bonuses, grievances, and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate HR initiatives such as meetings, training programs, employee surveys, and follow-up documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by sharing relevant information on leave, absences, and bonuses.
Tools and Software
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms, especially Zoho People and Zoho CRM.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, quick typing ability, and comfort using business and HR software tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Officer, HR Manager, or in a comparable leadership position.
- Solid experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a record of managing the full hiring cycle.
- Practical experience using Zoho People and Zoho CRM is required.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and employment rules.
- Strong planning, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
- Capability to lead HR initiatives and develop strategies that support the company’s objectives and values.
