As the organization scales, it is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help bring in high-caliber talent and support growth goals.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for running recruitment activities from start to finish across the business. The selected professional will collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, identify qualified candidates, create a strong applicant experience, and help fill critical roles efficiently.

The role suits someone who is highly motivated, organized, and confident in sourcing and interviewing. It is best suited to a person who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire hiring process, beginning with requisitions and ending with onboarding support.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine role requirements and shape recruitment plans.
  • Find, review, interview, and evaluate candidates for different departments and functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pools for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Create and post job ads on recruitment channels.
  • Arrange interviews and keep the recruitment workflow smooth for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct organized interviews and assess candidates in a structured way.
  • Prepare offers and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Maintain a respectful, positive, and professional experience for candidates at every stage.
  • Monitor hiring data and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.
  • Assist with employer branding efforts to attract strong talent.
  • Keep current with hiring trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Between 1 and 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment from initial need identification through onboarding.
  • Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other hiring platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage several open roles at the same time.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and solid command of English.
