Role Overview
This is a full-time remote recruitment role supporting one of the client engagements for Quik Hire Staffing. The selected professional will handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles, while coordinating the overall hiring workflow from initial outreach through placement. The position works closely with hiring managers to identify strong talent across different functions and help deliver a smooth recruitment process.
Compensation
The payout for this position is $15 to $20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates using job boards, social platforms, and professional networking channels.
- Review resumes and carry out first-round interviews to evaluate fit, skills, and alignment with the organization.
- Arrange interviews between applicants and hiring teams, and manage scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Keep candidate information, communication history, and hiring metrics updated in the applicant tracking system.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and refine role expectations and job criteria.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring support.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and related recruitment software.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Capability to manage several open requisitions at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using job portals, professional networking tools, and Boolean search methods.
