Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role oversees the entire recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and managing interview coordination with hiring managers. Working closely with senior leadership, the specialist develops focused recruiting tactics and maintains an active candidate pipeline for a variety of organizational roles. Key daily duties involve creating and updating job postings, utilizing professional networks and online recruitment platforms, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring that candidates have a positive and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Participate in networking events and career fairs to attract potential talent.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of hiring procedures and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and managing full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and online job boards to organize candidate workflows effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and establishing candidate rapport.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple job requisitions and achieve hiring deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in hiring.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data, generate reports on hiring metrics, and advise on process improvements.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR within professional services, real estate, or financial services sectors is considered advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related area, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
