About the Company

Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services organization focused on accelerating clinical research so that patient outcomes can improve faster. The company operates a high-performing network of more than 100 sites across the United States, Europe, India, and Australia, running research in the same communities where care is provided across gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. By combining strong clinical trial expertise with AI-enabled technology, Iterative Health helps connect sponsors with research teams that can speed up access to new therapies. The company is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts and New York City, and employs more than 250 people globally.

Role Overview

Iterative Health is looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help build strong talent pipelines across the business. This position will support both current and future hiring needs by identifying, attracting, and maintaining engagement with talent across clinical research, operations, and corporate functions. It is well suited to someone who enjoys networking, employer branding, and building meaningful candidate relationships in the healthcare, clinical research, and technology space.

Key Impact Areas

  • Create and maintain forward-looking talent pipelines for operations and clinical research roles to meet short-term and future hiring demands.
  • Design and apply creative sourcing approaches to reach strong candidates in highly competitive talent markets.
  • Represent the employer brand by building authentic candidate relationships and ensuring a positive sourcing and engagement experience.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and TA leadership to align sourcing efforts with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Develop connections within healthcare, clinical research, biotech, and health tech communities through associations, conferences, events, and networking.
  • Support employer branding efforts across channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other talent platforms to strengthen market visibility.
  • Shape and manage job board strategy to improve attraction efforts.
  • Attend and represent the company at recruiting events, conferences, career fairs, networking sessions, and association gatherings to expand brand awareness and build talent communities.
  • Help activate the Employer Value Proposition in collaboration with Marketing and other cross-functional partners.
  • Host or attend recruiting and networking events that drive candidate engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Use sourcing tools, recruiting technologies, market intelligence, and talent data to identify and engage diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with passive candidates and nurture long-term connections in key talent pools.
  • Partner with the TA team to improve sourcing methods, outreach quality, and engagement practices over time.
  • Monitor sourcing activity, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics to inform decisions and support continuous improvement.
  • Keep up with hiring trends, talent market shifts, and evolving recruiting best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives related to talent attraction and recruiting projects.
  • Take on additional talent-related initiatives as the organization grows and priorities evolve.

Working Style

  • Collaborative team culture with low ego and strong partnership.
  • Fast-paced, adaptable, and iterative environment.
  • High ownership and accountability expectations.
  • Mission-driven, patient-centered approach.
  • Open communication and a strong learning mindset.
  • Comfort working through changing business needs.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent engagement.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates across multiple functions.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability with an authentic approach to candidate and industry engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, talent communities, and recruiting tools.
  • Genuine interest in employer branding, candidate engagement, and candidate experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving, growth-focused setting.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, biotech, clinical research, health tech, or other high-growth companies is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.

Benefits and Compensation
