- Write outreach messages that are engaging, effective, and aligned with the Rohde & Schwarz employer brand.
- Monitor sourcing efforts, pipeline quality, and conversion data, then use those insights to improve future sourcing strategies.
- Keep candidate information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.
- Identify and evaluate new sourcing channels, technologies, and approaches for reaching passive candidates, especially in competitive technical and sales markets.
- Support employer branding activities through content, campaigns, and engagement with talent communities.
Candidate Profile

- At least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field, ideally gained in a technology-focused organization.
- Background in staffing or recruiting agencies is preferred.
- Demonstrated success sourcing a broad range of candidates, especially for engineering and sales roles.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets and the ability to assess engineering and sales candidates at a basic foundational level.
- Experience sourcing for specialized technical positions such as software engineering, systems architecture, application engineering, or hardware development.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring or fast-scaling recruitment operations in a technology environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted search methods.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for outreach that prompts responses.
- Comfort with data and reporting, including tracking sourcing metrics and performance trends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several searches at once.
- A collaborative, inquisitive, and people-focused approach.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple U.S. and Canadian time zones.
- Applicants must live in the United States and have U.S. citizenship or permanent work authorization.
