Talent Acquisition - Sales HR (Immediate Joiner)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven HR specialist to oversee hiring and the wider employee journey for a retail sales workforce. The position involves frequent coordination with store teams and close partnership with business leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment process for retail sales roles, from sourcing to joining.
• Identify, screen, interview, and complete onboarding of candidates within the expected turnaround time.
• Work closely with Sales Heads on hiring plans, employee engagement initiatives, performance support, and retention efforts.
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Keep recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports, and employee data up to date.
• Support the complete employee lifecycle for sales teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales team HR matters.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate is a graduate or MBA in HR with 3 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR. Prior exposure to retail, jewellery, FMCG, telecom, or other customer-facing businesses will be an advantage. The role calls for strong communication, stakeholder handling, and recruitment capabilities, along with a willingness to travel for store visits.

Eligibility

Open to any graduate. Candidates with a graduate degree or MBA in HR are preferred. Applicants should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and be prepared for travel to store locations.

Additional Information

This role is based in Mumbai, India. It is intended for an immediate joiner. The compensation range mentioned is INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000 per year.
