Job description

Role overview

This contract position is focused on delivering the full recruitment cycle, creating strong candidate pipelines, and supporting the company’s employer brand. The role works closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruitment partners to identify, assess, and onboard people who fit both immediate and future workforce needs.

Talent acquisition and hiring

  • Handle the complete hiring process from posting roles and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, and supporting final selection.
  • Build and refresh talent pipelines and mapping to meet current and upcoming manpower requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure interviews are run effectively and hiring decisions are well supported.
  • Carry out interviews and reference verification according to company procedures.

ATS administration and recruitment analytics

  • Manage the applicant tracking system and other recruitment platforms used by the team.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor hiring outcomes, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.
  • Review recruitment and attrition data to spot patterns, underlying causes, and workforce risks, then share practical insights with stakeholders.
  • Keep records accurate, protect reporting quality, and use recruitment systems effectively.
  • Improve hiring workflows, system features, and reporting tools to boost efficiency and user experience.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on how to use recruitment tools properly.

Employer branding and recruitment marketing

  • Support initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s visibility and reputation in the talent market.
  • Manage the LinkedIn presence by promoting open roles and presenting employee stories beyond standard job adverts.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing activities and reviews of career site content to improve talent attraction.

Search firm and vendor management

  • Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies and executive search partners.
  • Review and standardise terms of business using approved master templates.
  • Support setup of new vendors, invoice approvals, and invoice checks.
  • Assess vendor performance and ensure adherence to internal governance requirements.

Early careers, outreach, and career conversion

  • Work with HR business partners on early-career and career conversion programmes, including outreach to institutes of higher learning.
  • Support internship programmes, intern engagement, internal opportunities, and career conversion initiatives.
  • Help source interns and build conversion pipelines as part of the long-term talent strategy.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a structured internship framework.
  • Create processes to evaluate, track, and convert strong interns into a sustainable pipeline for the Management Associate programme.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure interns receive meaningful work, performance reviews, and proper engagement.
  • Assist with career conversion by carrying out preliminary eligibility checks to confirm that employees and roles meet grant requirements before HRBP and stakeholder review.

Onboarding and continuous improvement

  • Improve talent acquisition and employer branding processes over time.
  • Help enhance the candidate and new hire journey, including onboarding and immersion activities.
  • Run day-one onboarding and quarterly immersion programmes to support early engagement and cultural integration.

Additional duties

Other tasks and projects may be assigned by the line manager depending on business needs.
