About the Role
The Talent Acquisition team is crucial for driving organizational growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Contractor, you will support ongoing hiring initiatives across the business in a collaborative, fast-paced, and engaging setting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to support hiring across various business functions.
- Review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates, and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and effective job postings.
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle using the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to ongoing HR and talent initiatives focused on diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, and other strategic programs.
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and market insights to identify high-quality talent.
- Provide a professional and high-touch recruiting experience for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Possess 2-5 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or professional services environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate resumes, conduct candidate screening interviews, and present qualified candidates to recruiting or hiring teams.
- Exhibit self-motivation and comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
