About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment efforts for our US Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Head of Talent and hiring managers to manage all recruiting stages from candidate sourcing through offer extension.

Ideal candidates understand the sales process of enterprise software, recognize technical buyer personas, and appreciate partner and alliance dynamics. Experience in security or cybersecurity is beneficial but not mandatory.

This position also offers an opportunity to develop recruiting expertise within an AI-driven environment. We utilize internal AI tools for sourcing, outreach, candidate analysis, and pipeline management, which will be accessible to you from day one.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US GTM positions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership roles within AI security.
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored for GTM roles requiring a deep understanding of technical buyers and partner ecosystems, beyond just job titles.
  • Work directly with sales and marketing leaders to define ideal candidate profiles and locate those candidates.
  • Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate sourcing, enhance outreach messaging, reduce administrative tasks, and contribute ideas for AI integration.
  • Conduct interviews and post-interview discussions that lead to effective hiring decisions rather than mere procedural compliance.
  • Maintain ownership of recruitment pipeline data, providing honest insights to hiring managers regarding effectiveness.
  • Ensure candidates experience a positive, respectful recruitment process regardless of hiring outcome.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success within security or adjacent B2B SaaS enterprises.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines from the ground up without relying solely on existing contacts.
  • Close collaboration with sales or marketing leaders to grasp key success factors for hires beyond job descriptions.
  • Experience with AI tools in recruiting workflows or enthusiasm for integrating AI into recruitment processes.
  • Capability to handle multiple open positions concurrently, maintaining effective communication with candidates and managers.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven decision making.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent on candidate experience.
