About the Role

Beacon Lane Consulting is actively looking for seasoned recruiters and sourcers to join their fully remote team on a contract basis. Depending on client demands, the focus can be on strategic talent sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, or a blend of both approaches. In this position, you will collaborate closely with client hiring managers and internal Beacon Lane team members to design talent search strategies, identify and engage top candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across multiple industries and functions.
• Create and sustain proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment through phone and video interactions.
• Work alongside hiring managers to grasp priority hiring needs and formulate effective search strategies.
• Present qualified candidates to stakeholders while delivering insightful market intelligence.
• Oversee recruitment activities within client Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communications, and handle offer and negotiation processes.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate internally with Beacon Lane team members to exchange best practices and market knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in talent sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, professional, or executive-level positions.
• Strong capabilities in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and engagement.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Skill in building and nurturing diverse talent pools, including passive candidates.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Outstanding organizational skills to juggle multiple concurrent searches.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote setup while remaining highly collaborative and responsive.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Background in corporate recruiting, embedded recruiting, contract recruiting, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments is advantageous.
