As a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Executive Search, you will lead efforts to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent across the organization. Your focus will be on key executive hires such as Heads of Departments and Directors, collaborating with senior stakeholders to build a strong leadership pipeline aligned with ASOS's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles across multiple business units, including Head of Department and Director positions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and People Experience partners to establish hiring strategies, define role specifications, and create success profiles.
  • Develop and engage leadership talent pools through direct sourcing, market research, and executive search techniques.
  • Ensure exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers throughout complex recruitment cycles.
  • Provide insight into market trends and talent intelligence to support workforce planning.
  • Support other Talent Partners by building pipelines for senior management and higher-level roles.
  • Drive innovation in executive recruitment by utilizing AI-enabled tools and automation solutions.
  • Work jointly with the Talent & Culture team to refine leadership assessment approaches, including the Bar Raiser program and other evaluation methodologies.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices to maintain diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrable success in executive search, particularly with Head of Department and Director hires.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce and technology industry talent landscapes.
  • Expertise in sourcing executives, talent mapping, and engaging leadership candidates.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders in dynamic, commercially-driven environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to influence senior levels with integrity and discretion.
  • Experience in designing or improving leadership assessment frameworks.
  • Data-oriented recruiting approach focused on continuous enhancement.
  • Keen interest and knowledge of AI applications in recruitment processes.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives.
  • Ability to juggle multiple complex recruitment assignments maintaining confidentiality and quality.
  • Familiarity with SmartRecruiters is advantageous.
