Job description

Role overview

This contract Talent Acquisition Partner role focuses on end-to-end recruiting support for multiple positions, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to satisfy staffing priorities across the business.

Key duties

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for a range of roles.
  • Build and execute sourcing plans using digital and social recruiting channels.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system updated and accurate.
  • Help create a smooth, high-quality candidate journey from application through onboarding.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support hiring decisions and planning.
  • Assist with internal talent mobility efforts.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics.
  • Provide strategic talent acquisition support in a global organization.

Schedule and engagement terms

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, in a hybrid setup. The assignment begins as a 6+ month W2 contract, with no 1099 or C2C arrangement. Extension or conversion may be possible depending on performance and budget at that time.

Compensation and benefits

The pay rate is $50 per hour. Consultants become eligible for a benefits package after the required qualification period, which includes health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.

Additional notes

Candidates are not charged any fees for working with the staffing firm, as client companies cover all service costs. A referral bonus is available for referring someone who is hired and remains employed for at least 30 days.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required.
  • Prior recruiting experience in a global organization or recruitment services setting is required.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders while influencing stakeholders throughout the process is required.
  • Ability to create sourcing strategies that use digital and social recruiting methods is required.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday, is preferred.
  • Exposure to talent mobility, workforce planning, or talent advancement initiatives in a global matrixed environment is preferred.
