Role Overview
This dynamic position suits recruiters aiming to expand their expertise while contributing meaningfully to hiring top talent for revenue-driving teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Close collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment partners is key to managing the end-to-end hiring process aligned with ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute inventive recruitment approaches to attract high-caliber candidates across diverse roles.
- Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, shape job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including online platforms and professional networks, to identify potential talent.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from resume screening and interviewing to evaluating cultural fit.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s attractiveness to prospective hires.
- Monitor recruitment analytics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and guide improvements.
- Offer training and guidance to managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Ensure candidates have a positive and engaging experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain precise and current data in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
Qualifications and Experience
- Recruitment experience combining agency and in-house roles across multiple business functions; this is an entry to mid-level role.
- Proven success in meeting recruitment KPIs and delivering results.
- Excellent communication abilities for crafting compelling outreach.
- Ability to build quick, effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Skillful at resolving difficult situations constructively.
- Effective multitasking and management of time and expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Primarily remote role requiring occasional travel, especially to the New York City office.

- Salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience.
