Job description

Company overview

Grab is a leading superapp in Southeast Asia, designed to support everyday needs such as meal delivery, mobility, and financial services. The company’s work is guided by purpose, strong operating habits, and the use of technology and AI to help move Southeast Asia forward by empowering people economically with heart, hunger, honour, and humility.

Team and role overview

You will join the People Operations team, where the Talent Acquisition group focuses on bringing in exceptional people to strengthen the Grab family. In this role, you will support hiring activities and contribute to Grab’s ongoing growth.

This position reports onsite to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grab’s Singapore One North office. The internship is scheduled from August 2026 to December 2026 and is full-time during that period.

What you will do

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating offer-related activities.
  • Take part in candidate screening using structured evaluation methods and help sharpen hiring criteria during debrief discussions.
  • Work with recruitment platforms and AI-powered tools to improve candidate outreach and engagement.
  • Assist in projects aimed at making recruitment processes and workflows more efficient.

What you should bring

  • An undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Prior experience working collaboratively in a team and contributing toward shared goals.
  • A proactive approach to identifying work, spotting opportunities, and managing tasks and process flows independently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with confidence in communicating with candidates and building professional relationships.
  • Comfort using AI tools and digital platforms.

Benefits and internship support

  • Medical coverage through comprehensive insurance plans.
  • Access to leave options such as annual leave, medical leave, and hospitalization leave.
  • Flexible working arrangements to help balance studies, personal life, and work commitments.
  • Opportunities to participate in community service through Love-all-Serve-all (LASA) initiatives.
  • Flexible work setups, including differentiated hours, to support personal commitments.

Equal opportunity commitment

Grab is committed to creating an inclusive and fair workplace where people from diverse backgrounds can grow and perform well. All applicants are considered equitably, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, or physical and mental disabilities.
