About the Team
The People Operations team is focused on bringing in exceptional talent across Grab. Within the Talent Acquisition group, this role contributes to the company’s ongoing growth by supporting hiring efforts in a collaborative environment.
Role Overview
In this onsite internship based at Grab’s Singapore One North office, you will work on hiring activities and interact with a global pool of candidates. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
Internship Period
This internship is scheduled to run from August 2026 through December 2026 and is intended to be full-time during that period.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process end to end, including sourcing, screening, and offer coordination.
- Evaluate applicants through structured interviews and help sharpen selection criteria during hiring discussions.
- Use recruitment systems and AI-enabled tools to improve candidate interaction and engagement.
- Assist with projects aimed at making hiring workflows more efficient.
Required Profile
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or a similar field.
- Comfortable working with others and contributing to shared team outcomes.
- Proactive in identifying work, following through on tasks, and managing timelines independently.
- Strong attention to detail, with good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Exposure to AI tools and recruitment platforms is preferred.
