Role Overview
This role entails managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to ensure the organization successfully attracts and hires qualified talent. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Close collaboration with hiring managers is essential to understand staffing requirements and implement efficient recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for blue-collar mass hiring, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and final hiring decisions.
- Identify potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Perform initial candidate screening interviews to assess suitability.
- Set up interviews between candidates and hiring managers for final evaluations.
- Establish and maintain a talent pipeline anticipating future hiring needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide support during salary negotiations and conduct background checks to complete hiring formalities.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring metrics like time-to-hire.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate policies during recruitment and assist with onboarding new employees to facilitate smooth integration.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience or understanding of blue-collar mass hiring processes is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools including LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet deadlines efficiently.
- High attention to detail paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to manage recruitment for large volume rank and file hires.
