Overview
This is a short remote work placement in talent acquisition delivered by London Success Academy in partnership with NP Tech Solutions Limited. The programme runs for 4 weeks in July 2026 and has 10 available places. It is designed to build practical knowledge in recruitment, hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding through guided learning and real-world style exercises.

What You Will Learn and Do
- Build an understanding of candidate sourcing by exploring channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and similar search methods.
- Support recruitment administration by reviewing applications, keeping candidate records organised, updating applicant tracking systems, and helping coordinate hiring activities.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and the qualities needed in ideal candidates.
- Take part in discussions on workforce planning and recruitment strategy by reviewing hiring patterns, talent market information, and sourcing performance.
- Help shape employer branding efforts through job adverts, recruitment marketing material, and attraction-focused messaging.
- Contribute to building talent pools for current and future hiring needs while gaining exposure to succession planning and workforce forecasting ideas.
- Learn the basics of CV screening, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment best practices.
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination across the hiring process.
- Research recruitment trends, competitor hiring activity, talent supply, salary comparison, and current talent acquisition practices.
- Collaborate with HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders on recruitment-related activities.
- Understand how recruitment metrics and talent acquisition KPIs are used to improve hiring decisions and outcomes.
- Work on a talent acquisition challenge and present recommendations during the final stage of the programme.
