Role overview
This position is for a Talent Acquisition and Nationalization Expert based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role combines recruitment leadership, workforce planning, employer branding, onboarding support, and nationalization compliance across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the rollout of resourcing initiatives, tools, and programs, including assessment and selection frameworks, process integration, and budget coordination.
- Maintain and improve candidate tracking and resourcing systems.
- Research recruitment channels, methods, and selection tools, including sources such as agencies, universities, and professional networks.
- Work with business managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build sourcing plans, then oversee execution.
- Review resourcing processes, policies, and hiring practices regularly to reduce bias and avoid discrimination.
- Lead workforce planning efforts and help build pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Coach stakeholders on employer branding and support initiatives that strengthen the DHL brand as an employer.
- Support graduate, college recruitment, and internship program implementation.
- Help design onboarding frameworks and lead induction program execution.
- Address resourcing issues, process integration challenges, and data analytics needs.
- Serve as the strategic owner for nationalization initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and local labor requirements.
- Act as the main keeper of nationalization policies, obligations, and compliance requirements, staying current on regulatory updates and their impact on workforce planning.
- Coordinate with public relations, government relations, and business teams on nationalization needs for expatriate and overseas roles, including compliance and reporting.
- Create and implement nationalization plans, track progress against targets, and recommend actions to support localization goals.
- Advise leadership on workforce localization, hiring strategy, and regulatory compliance for local and expatriate employment.
- Stay informed about current industry practices and approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- HR certification is required.
- More than 5 years of experience is needed.
