Primary Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic campus recruiting plans while establishing partnerships with universities.
• Organize career fairs, internship initiatives, and other recruitment-related events.
• Identify potential candidates and develop talent pipelines for critical job roles.
• Arrange interviews, manage communications with applicants, and handle recruitment logistics.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, publish job adverts, compile recruiting analytics, and prepare offer letters alongside onboarding materials.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and enhance recruitment workflows.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of experience.
• Hold between two to five years of experience in recruiting, with exposure to campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Demonstrate strong abilities in organization, communication, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
