About the Role
This position sits within the search and staffing division and focuses on identifying client opportunities, creating new revenue, and expanding business within the Search and Staffing vertical. The role involves handling both incoming leads and proactive outbound outreach to targeted accounts.
You will work with companies and teams to determine the most suitable technology and recruitment solutions, while balancing commercial goals with the client’s best interests. The role supports staffing customers in the US, so flexibility to work according to US time zones is essential.
The work model is hybrid, meaning the role is performed partly from home and partly from a company office on selected days based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive prospecting efforts continuously to create a healthy sales pipeline and build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Prepare dependable forecasts and keep management fully informed about pipeline progress.
- Consistently win new business at or above target levels.
- Design and execute a territory plan, while recording and sharing competitive market intelligence.
- Support teammates through coaching and practical guidance whenever improvement opportunities arise.
- Help define and spread effective sales practices that strengthen the team’s overall performance.
- Gather market feedback and relay useful insights to product and marketing teams.
- Take initiative to solve problems beyond your immediate scope and step in on new priorities as they come up.
- Look for ways to lead and contribute to broader company goals.
- Be open to travel for around 40% of the working time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong background in solution-based selling.
- Ability to engage multiple decision-makers and sell across different stakeholder levels.
- Prior experience selling SaaS products or services.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools.
- Proven capability in managing CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
- Working knowledge of software contract terms and conditions and the ability to structure balanced deals.
- Excellent negotiation ability and reliable forecasting skills.
- Track record of closing complex business in a highly evangelistic sales environment.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities using data and influence decisions effectively.
- Comfort managing many prospects at once while positioning offerings against direct and indirect competitors.
- Willingness to work US-aligned hours for staffing customers.
