Role Overview

Key Duties
- Handle walk-in and phone orders from guests accurately and efficiently.
- Work with third-party delivery partners and manage online orders.
- Collect payments and provide reliable estimated quote times.
- Prepare orders for pickup and ensure packaging is correct.
- Watch the curbside pickup area and assist guests arriving by car.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, new additions, and packaging requirements.
