Role Summary

This full-time, on-site leadership position in Charlotte, NC is focused on accelerating revenue growth and shaping the sales direction for the company’s textile product portfolio. The role leads the sales organization, establishes performance goals, oversees forecasting and sales execution, and ensures alignment with broader business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales strategy for textile product lines and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Manage and develop the sales team while setting clear targets and performance expectations.
  • Build, strengthen, and expand partnerships with major retail customers.
  • Oversee key account management and uncover opportunities in both current and new markets.
  • Create and implement sales plans that support business objectives.
  • Review market trends and customer information to guide decisions.
  • Partner with design and merchandising teams to improve product positioning.
  • Coordinate pricing approaches so they support financial targets.
  • Coach sales professionals and improve sales processes, systems, and tools.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, industry functions, and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales and sales leadership, with a proven record of achieving or surpassing revenue goals in textiles, home goods, or similar consumer products.
  • Solid account management experience with the ability to develop long-term relationships with large retail partners.
  • Hands-on experience in sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline oversight, territory planning, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated business development capability, including market expansion, negotiation, and growth initiative execution.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams in a fast-moving wholesale or retail environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with comfort interpreting retail POS data, pricing information, and executive-level insights.
  • Exposure to the textile or home fashion industry, including merchandising and product lifecycle knowledge, is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC and travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design, merchandising, and operations teams.
