Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead our comprehensive RCM operations spanning the US, Sri Lanka, India, and the Philippines. In this senior role, the SVP will collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership to steer strategic business planning, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, innovation, and sustainable expansion. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, outstanding commercial insight, and experience managing large-scale onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and implement business growth and operational strategies.
  • Design and monitor operational frameworks aligned with client goals and corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry changes to spot new growth opportunities.
  • Direct global RCM operations focused on efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
  • Track performance metrics including KPIs, SLAs, and productivity measures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and deliver better outcomes.
  • Address operational and technical challenges proactively to sustain smooth functioning.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain control mechanisms to mitigate risk and enforce operational discipline.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to promote technological adoption such as automation and AI.
  • Contribute to product and solution development efforts aligned with operational needs.
  • Promote innovation and transformation to streamline operations.
  • Lead and mentor diverse teams globally, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
  • Enhance employee engagement and nurture leadership development.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients.
  • Support business development efforts with operational insights and expertise.
  • Drive financial performance through improved revenue, margin expansion, collections, and denial reduction.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 20 years of leadership experience in operations management.
  • More than 15 years in comprehensive US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Minimum 5 years serving in senior executive or C-level leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale global delivery teams including offshore operations.
  • Deep understanding of payer-provider relationships, reimbursement models, and compliance standards.
  • Strong financial skills demonstrated by success in cost control and profit enhancement.
  • Experience with operational transformation, technology adoption, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship capabilities.

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting sales and business development activities.
  • Familiarity with managing healthcare clients such as hospitals, physician groups, and laboratories.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.
