Role overview
Crisil is seeking a Sustainability Expert focused on climate and road safety work in the Greater Lucknow area. The role calls for a seasoned professional who can contribute to development initiatives at the intersection of sustainability, climate resilience, and road safety.
Key requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a master’s qualification in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 15 years of professional experience overall, with a minimum of 10 years in the road sector.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience on development projects covering climate change adaptation, vulnerability analysis, and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated exposure to climate change, sustainable development, and road safety programmes or assignments.

- Experience working on projects financed by multilateral agencies such as the World Bank and ADB.
- Prior involvement in capacity-building and training initiatives.
