Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring a professional demeanor across all communication channels including in-person interactions, telephone, radio, and electronic mediums.
• Deliver prompt and accurate information to meet guests' expectations effectively.
• Collaborate closely with team members representing diverse cultural backgrounds in a cohesive work environment.
• Analyze and interpret data from multiple IT sources to assess situations accurately and respond appropriately.
• Operate the Central Monitoring and Communication Console to observe and evaluate activities in gaming, non-gaming, and cash handling sectors, adhering to established operational procedures.
• Monitor activities of team members and customers from the surveillance control room, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and escalate any suspicious or unauthorized behaviors among team members and guests as necessary.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education is preferred.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills.
