About the role
The Customer Support team is often the first contact point for millions of users. The team provides quick, careful support, partners with product teams to improve the customer experience, and helps keep service quality high.
This role is for a Support Specialist who will own customer cases, investigate issues thoroughly, and help shape how customers are supported each day. To maintain 24/7 coverage, the position may involve night and weekend shifts, and those shifts are fully compensated.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a strong customer experience through in-app live chat, phone, and email while helping customers feel confident and secure using the product.
- Act as a professional representative of Revolut in all online interactions.
- Work with international teams to resolve customer problems and close issues effectively.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, with at least a provisional certificate available.
- At least 18 months of customer service background.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical or complex matters in simple terms.
- Good numeracy, analytical ability, and comfort with IT tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Self-driven approach, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Previous customer service experience in telecom or retail.
