Support Pharmacist - Bawnogue, Clondalkin

About the Role

We are looking to hire a Support Pharmacist to join our pharmacy located in Bawnogue, Clondalkin. McCauley Pharmacy is a distinguished Irish-owned pharmacy chain with 35 locations nationwide and more than 500 employees. Our pharmacists work as part of a collaborative team environment that promotes delivering the highest quality pharmacy care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dispensary to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee all aspects of stock control, including purchasing, ordering, merchandising, date verification, and stocktaking.
• Take ultimate responsibility for compliance with controlled drug regulations within the store.
• Maintain excellent standards of pharmacy presentation throughout the premises.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess full registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) and hold a pharmacy degree.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working well under pressure.
• Capable of working independently, demonstrating strong initiative.
• Motivated to drive business growth in both dispensary activities and overall store performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
• Commitment to consistently deliver exceptional customer service standards throughout the store.
