Support Executive - International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

About the Role

We are seeking fresh graduates to join as Support Executives in an International Inbound Voice Process for US Healthcare, based out of Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound calls from American customers and delivering professional customer service in line with defined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound international calls from customers in the US.
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
• Adhere strictly to company customer service policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and clear communication throughout each call.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve assigned standards in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

• Educational background: Graduates in BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or MBA.
• Batch years: Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 (including those awaiting 2026 results).
• Experience level: Open to freshers with no prior experience required.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Preferred candidates are those who can join immediately.
• Work location is strictly office-based.

Interview Details

Walk-in interviews will be conducted on 21st and 22nd August 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Sandip University, Mahiravani, Tal. Trambakeshwar Road, Nashik, Maharashtra – 422213.

Candidates should bring two copies of their updated resume, original Aadhar card, PAN card, passport-sized photographs, and educational certificates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual CTC of 3.3 lakh INR (approximate monthly take-home of 22,000 INR).
• Joining bonus of 25,000 INR, subject to clawback if leaving within 12 months.
• Shift allowance ranging from 0 to 3,000 INR as a variable component.
