Job Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with both regional and global stakeholders to dissect intricate supply chain issues through discovery workshops, conducting fit-gap assessments, eliciting requirements, developing user stories, and creating process flow models.
- Take a leading role in the complete life cycle of deployments, system migrations, and upgrades involving Advanced Planning Systems such as Kinaxis and SAP IBP/APO along with core ERP solutions like SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
- Utilize SQL, SAP query tools, and data visualization software to audit system functionalities, identify transactional errors, and maintain precise integration between multiple platforms.
- Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail to translate complex technical data into accessible business insights.
- Engage across various supply chain functions including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP/IBP), Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, guaranteeing proper data governance and system integrity.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define validation criteria, manage system cutovers, and conduct hands-on training sessions to assure smooth adoption and use within the business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of eight years' experience extensively covering end-to-end supply chain processes, notably planning, master scheduling, material management, and optimizing inventory.
- Proven involvement in at least two significant enterprise planning tool implementations or ERP migrations.
- Proficient in querying, managing, and modeling data using SQL, SAP query tools, Power BI, Python, or other advanced analytics tools to effectively diagnose and address system problems beyond documentation review.
Compensation and Benefits
