About the Role
Join Cindavi as a Supply Chain Specialist based in Catoosa, OK, supporting our manufacturing operations within a global specialty materials company with over 40 years of innovation across industries including agriculture, healthcare, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. This role places you at the center of our supply chain activities, utilizing your expertise in ERP/MRP systems and advanced data analysis to make significant contributions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take full responsibility for ERP/MRP systems to oversee supply and demand planning, coordinate raw material availability, and schedule production cycles to meet operational goals.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and conduct inventory and supply scenario modeling using advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI tools to inform leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with teams from operations, procurement, customer service, quality assurance, and finance to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, ensuring uninterrupted production flow.
- Regularly track inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to strike a balance between service performance targets and capital efficiency.
- Act as a reliable and accessible contact for all supply chain-related concerns and manage escalations across functional departments.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory, with no specific field required.
- Practical experience with ERP/MRP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards in a manufacturing context is essential.
- Preferred experience includes 2 to 3+ years in supply chain, materials planning, or operations planning roles, though candidates with at least 18 months relevant experience will also be considered.
- Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel to handle complex datasets, generate insightful reports, and translate analytical outputs into actionable strategies.
- Prior involvement in manufacturing industries, particularly durable goods or industrial sectors; candidates from retail, banking, or service industries are not suitable for this position.
Compensation and Work Conditions
This permanent, onsite position offers a yearly base salary between $80,000 and $90,000, supplemented by a performance bonus of 5%. The role features a flexible weekday schedule and requires no travel.
