Role Overview

The Supply Chain Management Specialist III will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain activities essential to the seamless transition of projects into operations, supporting both project and power operations teams. The specialist will focus on optimizing overall ownership costs, reducing risks, and ensuring operational dependability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain management activities during project-to-operations handover, ensuring all warranty documentation and terms are correctly transferred.
• Serve as the main contact for warranty coordination among Projects, Operations, OEMs, EPCs, and secondary suppliers.
• Handle coordination and administration of OEM and EPC warranty claims.
• Maintain detailed tracking and documentation for all warranty claims, providing regular reports.
• Manage warranty claims throughout their entire lifecycle until final closure.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry; recent graduates are considered.
• Fundamental understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
• Proficiency in operating computers and laboratory instrumentation.
• Aptitude to perform effectively in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
• Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• At least seven years of experience in supply chain management, with emphasis on vendor management, supplier relationship management, or warranty management.
• Expertise in reviewing, negotiating, and executing supply contracts.
