Role summary
This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Calgary, Alberta. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for keeping supply chain activities running smoothly, maintaining healthy inventory levels, and coordinating logistics so production and delivery processes stay efficient and reliable.
What you will do
- Monitor day-to-day supply chain operations and help keep workflows organized.
- Track, analyze, and manage inventory to support business needs and production schedules.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials and products.
- Review supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to support production targets and product delivery goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements that strengthen supply chain performance.
Skills and qualifications
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management practices.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Background in operations management and process improvement.
- Effective communication skills for working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Comfort using software and technology tools for supply chain and inventory tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing or the energy sector is considered an advantage.
