  • Track raw material lead times, safety stock settings, and inventory positions, and escalate any shortages, excess stock, or other risks to the senior planner.
  • Assist with daily import/export and order fulfillment tasks by preparing documents, working with logistics teams and brokers, and helping solve routine issues that could affect delivery performance.
  • Support trade compliance work by preparing information for tariff classification, country-of-origin, and valuation reviews, and by helping implement trade compliance procedures and SOPs.

  • About 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials/supply chain management is preferred.
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP or similar ERP/MRP tools for planning, purchasing, or inventory control is expected.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, including working with large data sets such as MRP reports and inventory data, is needed.
  • Good collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
  • High attention to detail to maintain data quality and follow procedures accurately.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and improve processes.
