Role Summary

This position supports supply chain operations with an emphasis on purchase order fulfillment, material coordination, and delivery performance. The role is also responsible for analytics and reporting work, using Excel and Power BI to improve visibility into order status, inventory, and supply chain trends.

The job is split roughly 60–70% toward core order fulfillment work and 30–40% toward data analytics and reporting support. It is a remote position tied to cloud infrastructure and data center supply chain operations, with exposure to high-volume technology environments and AI-related business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and accelerate the movement of materials, purchase orders, and related supply chain work to support production and delivery timelines.
• Oversee purchase order fulfillment to help ensure orders arrive on schedule and match business expectations.
• Review production plans, work orders, shipping schedules, and material needs to set priorities and address delays.
• Monitor material availability, order progress, stock levels, and delivery results.
• Prepare and maintain reporting on purchase order fulfillment, inventory, costs, production data, and on-time delivery performance.
• Inspect documents, materials, and processes to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and specifications.
• Requisition and track materials and supplies needed to meet production or operational demand.
• Help update production or fulfillment schedules when shortages, changes, or interruptions arise.
• Share production schedules, work orders, and fulfillment updates with the relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional partners to resolve issues related to supply chain flow, material handling, order fulfillment, and delivery.
• Contribute to analytics and reporting projects using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Record customer, client, inventory, purchase order, and production information accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, material management, production planning, inventory management, or a comparable area.
• 3–4+ years of supply chain knowledge focused on order fulfillment and material management.
• 3–4+ years of analytics experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• 3–4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing production schedules, purchase orders, work orders, shipment schedules, inventory records, or material requirements.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to analyze costs tied to materials, labor, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Comfort working remotely with consistent business hours.
• Knowledge of shipping, production, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• Preferred: experience supporting cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware, technology, or high-volume supply chain operations.
• Preferred: experience in a purchase-order-fulfillment-focused role.
• Preferred: experience tracking on-time delivery, fulfillment results, or operational KPIs.
• Preferred: strong Excel and Power BI reporting capability.
• Preferred: experience supporting analytics-heavy supply chain initiatives.
• Preferred: ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferred: strong stakeholder management across operations, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and business teams.
• Preferred: stable work history with consistent tenure.
• Preferred: experience in material planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, or production scheduling.

Compensation

For candidates based in Washington State, the expected pay range is $33 to $36 per hour. Hiring typically starts below the top of the range, and the starting rate will depend on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and internal pay alignment. Final compensation and job title may differ based on qualifications and may fall outside the published range.
