Role summary
The Supply Chain team is working toward a straightforward, agile and scalable end-to-end operation that can keep supply flowing to channels while maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position supports the Supply Chain and Product Manager in day-to-day operations as well as in the design, documentation and rollout of new solutions. The scope covers channel operations, demand forecasting, order management, material requirements planning, purchasing, import and export, supplier coordination, inbound logistics, warehousing, value-added services, distribution and reverse logistics. The role is based in Dublin.
Key duties
The work spans operational support, analysis and business process improvement across the supply chain function.
- Take part in daily supply chain activity, working closely with major suppliers, customers and internal account managers.
- Help prepare and present performance metrics, root-cause analysis, executive summaries, required actions and improvement opportunities.
- Plan daily shipments using M3 together with customer EPOS and stock counts so weekly KPI targets are achieved.
- Manage stock purchasing activities.
- Handle vendor relationships.
- Prepare internal and external reports.
- Support the Supply Chain and Product Manager in shaping and documenting the supply chain strategy and operating plan.
- Help design, document, implement and measure multi-channel supply chain support models that align with business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between supply chain and technical teams to improve processes, enhance systems and support data-led decisions.
- Convert business needs into clear requirements that can be acted on and that create measurable value.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and optimisation.
- Turn business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Carry out data analysis to guide decisions and assess business cases.
- Assist with UAT by supporting test planning and execution.
- Track and report on the results of implemented changes and ongoing improvements.
- Act as a functional specialist in supply chain solution design and implementation across areas such as channel operations, forecasting, order management, MRP, purchasing, supplier management, inbound logistics, import/export, warehousing, VAS, distribution and reverse logistics.
Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or Engineering, or a postgraduate degree or master’s qualification; alternatively, at least 5 years of experience in supply chain-related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Comfort working with data; experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar tools is an advantage.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.

- Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills.
