Role Overview

Fónua is looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to support the expansion and ongoing improvement of its multi-site eCommerce environment. The position centers on managing several Shopify websites across different markets and customer groups, with responsibilities spanning product administration, campaign delivery, user experience enhancement, cross-functional coordination, and performance analysis. The role is based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce and Website Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of multiple Shopify websites serving different markets and audience segments.
  • Keep product information correct, well-optimised, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Handle site changes, merchandising activity, and content improvements that support conversion growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to plan and launch website promotions, making sure delivery is accurate and on schedule.

UX/UI Optimisation

  • Regularly enhance user experience and interface quality across all Shopify stores.
  • Review user behaviour data such as heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to identify barriers in the journey.
  • Apply best practices for navigation, site hierarchy, and mobile-friendly design.
  • Improve landing pages and product pages to raise conversion performance.
  • Assist with A/B testing for promotional layouts, landing pages, and customer journeys.

Product Management

  • Manage the full product lifecycle across all websites.
  • Refine product pages through stronger copy, imagery, search optimisation, and metadata.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate pricing, stock availability, and product categorisation.
  • Ensure product visibility supports promotional plans and commercial priorities.

Campaign Management and Website Promotions

  • Design, build, and run digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Lead the setup and delivery of on-site promotional activity such as homepage takeovers, landing pages, bundle offers, and limited-time deals.
  • Coordinate with commercial, marketing, vendor, and partner stakeholders, including Three UK, to align on timelines and promotional plans.
  • Make sure all promotional elements are implemented correctly across the relevant websites and markets.
  • Track results against KPIs and turn performance data into practical recommendations.

B2C Marketing Execution

  • Manage and improve PPC activity across Google Ads and Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Use paid media to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Ensure paid campaigns align with on-site promotions and the wider trading calendar.
  • Contribute to ongoing A/B testing and campaign optimisation.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and publish social media content for relevant B2C channels.
  • Measure engagement and adjust content strategy based on results.
  • Keep social activity aligned with website promotions and campaign messaging.

Creative and Design

  • Produce digital creative assets such as website banners, promotional graphics, and ad materials.
  • Support campaign launches with branded visual assets.
  • Ensure visuals are consistent, high-performing, and suited to each channel.
  • Optimise product images by resizing, reformatting, compressing, and adding SEO-friendly alt text.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Shopify or a comparable eCommerce platform.
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Background in launching website promotions and trading campaigns within an eCommerce setting.
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, especially PPC on Google and Meta.
  • Experience handling product management and online merchandising.
  • Comfort using analytics and reporting platforms such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Practical graphic design capability using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • High attention to detail and a data-led approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects across different markets.

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to managing websites across several countries or regions.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and CRO best practices.
  • Experience supporting telecom or partner-driven promotions.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C environments.
