About the Role
Ignite is collaborating with a rapidly expanding women's health and wellness brand seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager. This brand has experienced outstanding early success and swift community growth, and is entering a significant scale-up stage aimed at broadening its product range and extending its global footprint.
The appointed manager will work closely with the company's founders to oversee daily operations in a fast-growing ecommerce environment. This role is ideally suited for individuals who flourish in startup settings and desire comprehensive involvement in supply chain management, inventory control, product launches, and operational strategies, with substantial responsibility from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily interactions with third-party logistics partners and suppliers.
- Coordinate inventory management, deliveries, and perform stock forecasting to support expansion.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and manufacturers, developing strong operational relationships.
- Contribute to new product launch processes from sourcing through production.
- Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and integrate AI-driven efficiencies.
- Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to relay operational updates.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in operations, ecommerce, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or TikTok Shop platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong commercial insight and competence in working with data.
- Ability to assist with customer service tasks.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup or challenger brand environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000 annually, dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office (Central London) and two days remote.
