Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dedicated Supply Chain Operations Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing the purchase order process for networking hardware. This pivotal role supports the efficiency, cost management, and quality within our supply chain operations and directly impacts our networking services' success. This position is full-time and requires onsite presence in San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of purchase orders for networking equipment, starting from sourcing, through approval, procurement, to final delivery.
  • Identify and implement improvements in procurement workflows to remove obstacles, accelerate approval processes, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Utilize procurement software Coupa and advanced Excel skills to monitor supply chain metrics, develop dashboards, and present actionable data insights to leadership.
  • Administer hardware warranty entitlements and manage renewals for data center networking and computing infrastructure involving multiple vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and external partners to ensure accurate demand forecasting, verify technical specifications, and maintain compliance with supply chain policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within energy or critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven expertise handling complex global supply chains, conducting vendor onboarding, and driving ongoing process enhancements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data modeling and dashboard creation, alongside practical experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as Coupa and Jira.
