Supply Chain Officer

Role overview

Marina Bay Sands is looking for energetic, practical individuals to join its Supply Chain Operations team in Singapore. This role goes beyond routine logistics work and includes coordinating warehouse activities, supervising operational staff, and working with modern automation tools. The position also involves using the Warehouse Management System to connect different functions and partnering with internal departments to meet KPIs and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dock receiving, warehouse activities, manpower planning, and workplace safety.
• Manage team members, support equipment upkeep, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Make sure all processes follow company standards, user needs, and required service levels as business demand and supply change.
• Review current workflows and suggest ideas that improve productivity, encourage innovation, and streamline operations.
• Attend offsite and on-the-job training to support the effective use of automation robots in line with operational goals.

Requirements

• A degree in Supply Chain or a closely related field is required.
• No prior work experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• You should be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into practical strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Must be open to rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight schedules, as well as Sundays and public holidays.
