Role Overview

GreenDot Tea Production Company is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Supply Chain Officer to oversee procurement activities, maintain inventory control, manage supplier relations, and facilitate seamless movement of goods and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of products to support the company's operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture effective partnerships with suppliers and vendors.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating prices to secure quality products at competitive rates.
• Handle purchase orders, oversee deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Track stock levels vigilantly to avoid shortages and excessive inventory accumulation.
• Coordinate logistics to guarantee prompt distribution of goods.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with company policies.
• Compile supply chain reports and conduct purchasing trend analyses.
• Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and operations departments.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance supply chain processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, or managing inventory is essential.
• Demonstrated negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and adhering to deadlines.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems and supplier relations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
