Role Overview
Embrava is hiring an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the full supply chain lifecycle, including sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment. This position partners closely with operations, finance, product, and international manufacturing teams to ensure the right products reach customers on time and at the right cost. It is well suited to someone who enjoys creating scalable processes in a fast-growing hardware environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics vendors across several regions.
- Lead forecasting and demand planning efforts so inventory stays aligned with sales expectations and production lead times.
- Improve purchasing workflows, negotiate supplier agreements, and uncover opportunities to reduce costs.
- Manage both inbound and outbound shipping activities, including freight, customs handling, and international transport.
- Keep close watch on inventory levels across warehouses and fulfillment locations to avoid shortages and overstock.
- Measure and share supply chain performance using metrics such as delivery timeliness, unit cost, and inventory turnover.
- Anticipate supply chain disruptions and create backup plans to reduce operational risk.
- Work with finance on landed cost calculations, budgeting, and inventory-related accounting.
- Support ongoing process improvements across sourcing, distribution, and order fulfillment.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within consumer hardware, electronics, or another product-driven company.
- A strong history of managing suppliers and manufacturing partners, including those located overseas.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and demand forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with international shipping, customs procedures, and freight forwarding.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and supply chain or ERP platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment while balancing strategy and execution.

- Exposure to global trade compliance and distribution across multiple regions.
- Background working with US, UK, and APAC markets.
