Job description
Role Overview
This contract position is based onsite in Pennsylvania, United States and focuses on supply chain planning support. The selected professional will contribute to day-to-day planning work, strengthen process documentation, and help improve planning capability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily supply planning and/or raw materials planning tasks using Kinaxis Maestro.
- Track and resolve planning exceptions, evaluate scenarios, and prepare planning recommendations.
- Work closely with partners from Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory functions.
- Capture planning assumptions, business rules, and standard operating procedures in a clear format.
- Create training and knowledge-sharing materials that can support future onboarding.
- Apply established industry practices and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Support transition activities and capability development for offshore or global teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
- Strong practical experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Background in supply planning, raw materials planning, or integrated business planning (IBP).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing stakeholders effectively.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Exposure to planning transformation initiatives.
- Experience with demand planning, inventory planning, or S&OP/IBP processes.
