Role Overview
An advisory firm experiencing rapid growth is expanding its private equity value creation practice and is seeking a Director-level leader in supply chain transformation. This position is suited to someone who wants to work closely with PE sponsors and portfolio companies to improve operations and create measurable financial results.

The successful candidate will help uncover value opportunities, shape practical transformation plans, and support execution across PE-backed businesses. This is an execution-oriented role rather than a pure strategy position.

Compensation
The package for this Director-level role is approximately $275,000 base salary plus bonus and about $85,000 in equity.
