Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Executive to manage our daily logistics and inventory activities efficiently. The primary duties include optimizing dispatch processes, managing stock, and overseeing packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance dispatch routes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Perform daily stock counting and maintain precise records.
- Prepare stock promptly according to incoming orders.
- Supervise the parcel packaging process to guarantee safe delivery to customers.
- Generate daily reports related to stock and dispatch and update management accordingly.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Requirements
- Basic experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics.
- Accuracy in maintaining inventory records and numbers.
- Ability to stay organized and complete tasks on time.
- Basic knowledge of using computers or mobile devices for stock entries.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 depending on experience and performance.
