Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role

Deliveroo is on a mission to revolutionize how people shop and dine, driven by impact, innovation, and growth. Central to our success is our Operations team, which ensures smooth logistics, excellent partner experiences, and efficient delivery networks globally. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our teams in the UK, Denmark, or Germany, primarily onsite with a hybrid working approach. This position supports courier logistics operations, gear availability, and third-party logistics (3PL) management across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and 3PL operations by monitoring market flows and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating daily activities including inbound and outbound gear handling, stock movement, dispatches, and returns.
• Facilitate courier onboarding logistics for couriers and fleet companies during ongoing operations and market expansion.
• Manage e-commerce platforms used for courier onboarding (Shopify, WooCommerce), ensuring smooth order processing, product updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal operating procedures (IOPs), and process maps while identifying and addressing recurring issues in last-mile delivery or warehouse operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sourcing, finance teams, and external partners to resolve daily operational inquiries and support expansion into new markets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, 3PL performance oversight, warehouse operations, or operations coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets and practical experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify or WooCommerce and logistics management systems.
• Ability to adhere to SOPs, handle both routine and exceptional logistics tasks reliably, and troubleshoot operational challenges effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams and vendors.
• Adaptable with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong organizational skills to manage shifting priorities under pressure.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing productivity, automating repetitive tasks, data structuring, or drafting communications.
