Supply Chain BI Specialist

Overview

As a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be instrumental in converting complex data into actionable insights to enhance operational and strategic decisions throughout the Supply Chain divisions including Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Production Support. You will help modernize reporting infrastructure by developing scalable data models and advanced Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to support Supply Chain operations.
• Perform data transformation, cleansing, and modeling to build scalable and reusable datasets from various sources.
• Develop visually appealing, intuitive, and high-efficiency dashboards focusing on user experience and performance.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and dependability of KPIs, calculations, and business logic applied.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytical tools.
• Act as a trusted analytical partner to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making in operational and strategic contexts.
• Uphold reporting standards and promote best practices in data visualization and analytical methodologies.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by optimizing and evolving reporting and analytics solutions.
• Identify and support new analytics initiatives and improve data integration processes in collaboration with IT and data teams.
• Document data models, reports, and processes to ensure knowledge retention and sustainability.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related functions.
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design, and performance tuning.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and well-organized.
• Proactive and open to challenging existing methods with innovative improvements.
• Effective in cross-functional, international team environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience handling SAP-related data and reporting strongly preferred.
