Supply Chain Analyst (Amazon Marketplace)

Role Overview

Luminize is seeking an Amazon Supply Chain Analyst to support the movement of products from suppliers to warehouses and fulfillment centers. This role is focused on using data and operational judgment to improve inventory health, cash flow, and profitability while keeping client operations running efficiently.

The position is based onsite in San Diego, CA 92101 at Symphony Towers.

This is a non-exempt role with compensation in the range of $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and scope of impact.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee purchasing and inventory activity for Amazon and Walmart clients so goods move smoothly through warehouses and fulfillment channels.
• Review sales trends and demand patterns to help forecast needs, set order quantities, and support cash flow objectives.
• Investigate delivery or product quality issues and work with managers and partners to resolve them quickly.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, warehouse partners, and clients to keep priorities aligned and problems moving toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, orders, and financial activity while handling one-off supply chain requests from clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Up to 2 years of background in supply chain, logistics, or a similar function.
• Strong analytical ability, including comfort working with cash flow and profitability considerations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable spreadsheet tools.
• Working knowledge of inventory and logistics processes, ideally in Amazon FBA or a similar fulfillment setting.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and negotiation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
