Job summary

The organization is looking for a meticulous and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to help manage the full supply chain lifecycle. This role supports purchasing, transportation, stock control, and demand planning, while using data analysis to surface inefficiencies, improve service levels, lower expenses, and strengthen overall operational performance.

Core responsibilities

  • Examine supply chain information to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track stock levels, forecasted demand, and supply planning tasks.
  • Assist with purchasing, logistics, and distribution workflows.
  • Create and update reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Spot constraints in the supply chain and suggest better ways of working.
  • Support demand forecasting and planning efforts.
  • Review supplier performance and contribute to vendor management activities.
  • Maintain accuracy of data across supply chain systems and reporting platforms.
  • Help drive initiatives focused on cost control and process efficiency.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or another analytical function.
  • Strong ability to analyze problems and reach practical solutions.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of how supply chain processes and operations work.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort working on several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.
  • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methods.
  • Background in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce supply chains is an advantage.
