You will work with different departments to spot patterns, uncover opportunities, and improve overall performance.

What you'll do

  • Create reports, dashboards, and charts that help guide business decisions.
  • Look for trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through careful analysis.
  • Help build and maintain data models and reporting systems.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and required data outputs.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems.
  • Handle one-off analysis requests and turn findings into useful recommendations.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • Some prior exposure to data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong ability to analyze information, solve problems, and think critically.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on your own, manage several tasks at once, and stay on schedule.
  • Strong focus on detail and data quality.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay with performance-linked bonuses.
  • A supportive workplace with mentorship support.
  • Access to training, certifications, and professional development opportunities.
  • Career growth opportunities in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Flexible or hybrid scheduling to support work-life balance.
